Dimensioning and lengths play a decisive role in the implementation. Our high level of expertise and handling of these dimensionally stable parts enables us to develop scalable solutions to ensure the reliable feeding and separation of ropes, cables and sheaths.
The assembly processes for dimensionally stable components require the components to be positioned precisely. The fully automatic feeding of cable lugs, screw rings, terminals, sockets etc. is followed by the actual assembly process. Test stations and measuring processes are integrated. Torque, force-displacement measurements and tests of the strength and rigidity of the connections are part of the 100% test.
Finally, fully or partially automated longitudinal transfer systems and rotary indexing tables ensure safe handling, storage and warehousing of the components.
