It makes no difference whether fully or semi-automated processes or assembly areas or combinations thereof need to be advanced. Our experienced design engineers develop tailor-made machine concepts “stand alone” through to the development of complete product families in terms of an economical and optimized solution to the task.
Scalability

Scalability
After an initial concept phase in which the overall complexity is identified, we create the first design versions. These are reviewed together with our customer in terms of cost-effectiveness, practicability and subsequent modularity and scalability.
Mechanical construction

We demonstrate our in-house expertise through the use of “classic” parametric design and the simulation of physical properties. Depending on the requirements of the project, simulation optimization loops are already implemented in the process.
Electrical construction

Parallel to the classic design, the optimum selection is made according to the properties and dimensions of the electrical components, which are individually designed for each machine. With a view to our customers’ requirements, we always incorporate the latest state of the art.
Software development

Virtual commissioning

Even before a system solution is installed, feasibility studies can be carried out economically with the help of meaningful simulation programs, enabling us to react to potential problems.
Our powerful and informative simulation programs for clarifying physical properties, whether static, dynamic or thermal, are used for validation to ensure that the processes and our system solutions meet the previously specified requirement profiles.
Topology studies on design and calculation can be used to optimize or reduce material costs, among other things. However, different design options can also be investigated.
Depending on the requirements profile, further tests can show which possible fatigue of a structure can occur under load or operating conditions. The simulation tests can be rounded off with the detection of any natural frequencies that may occur.
