We combine robotics, feeding technology, parts transportation, handling, mechatronics, testing processes, data handling and software in partially and fully automated assembly and production cells.

A workpiece carrier transfer system is often used to loosely link individual stations and work sequences. The stations are designed with the desired degree of automation depending on requirements. This also applies to the supply and handling of customer components. Fully automatic stations alternate with semi-automatic machines or manual workstations. Offline stations and manual workstations are provided as required and linked in terms of control and data technology.

A “side effect” of this modular design of the transfer system and the individual stations is a closed and tidy appearance.

Assembly

The assembly of customer parts is the core competence in our plants. Different sub-processes are planned, developed and implemented in the entire plant and in the individual stations. The parts handling required for this (e.g. via workpiece carriers) and the feeding of the shoring parts serve to prepare these assembly processes.

The following sub-processes are implemented for the assembly of customer components: welding, riveting, screwing, joining, coating/laminating, soldering, forming and more. Our experienced development team ensures the optimum design of these connection technologies.

Check

Professional process technology also includes processes such as data acquisition and processing – especially with regard to quality data.

The inspection processes include qualitative evaluations of assembly sequences and parts queries, as well as absolute measuring systems for continuous monitoring (e.g. also service life testing).

Test stations for quality features such as lengths, forces, tightness or electrical functions/values are installed, ideally combined with automatic test evaluations incl. statistics, component allocation and a link to the host computer system.
